Here is the hard prism card #138 from "Sailor Moon R : PP" released by Amada in 1993.

CARD CONDITION : The card is in fair to medium good condition. The top layer separates from the lower layer at the top left corner on the front. The top are along the edge of the card has some heavy crease marks noticeable on the front. There are crease marks and aging marks on the back.

Made in Japan.

Card Size: approximately 8.6 x 5.9 cm or 3.38 x 2.32 inches
