The "secret letter" paper sheet was part of a furoku pack for March 1978. The writing paper and the envelopes were part of a furoku pack for July 1978.

The items are illustrated by Cheiko Hara.

Overall the item is in medium good to good condition. The "secret letter" sheet is in good condition. The writing paper and the envelopes are wrinkled and have yellowed.
