Here is the Sylvanian Families "My Sweet Home & Shop" released by Epoch/Kabaya in 2012.

CONDITION: The sets are in unused condition. Overall, they are in near excellent condition. The packaging for set #1 has opened but the items have not been used. The outer boxes are in medium good condition. They have handling wear, and some areas are very creased and there is some aging.

These sets have to be assembled. Instructions in Japanese are printed inside each box as seen in the last photo below.

The four boxes make a complete set in the series. All 4 sets assembled will make a house.
