This is a miniature retro Licca Chan doll keychain / strap made by Takara.

It is a 1998 remake of a 1977 Licca Chan doll. There is a chain attached to the doll's head.

The doll's limbs are not movable and only the head can be moved from side to side.

The doll is made of plastic.
