Here is the Nakayoshi "Sailor Moon Forever" card. It was issued in 1997.

The card is made of imitation gold.

It is in excellent condition. There are very slight and small crease marks on 2 corners of the card and only visible from the back.

Card Size : approximately 5.4 x 8.6 cm or 2.12 x 3.38 inches

Made in Japan.
