Here is the prism card #228 from "Sailor Moon R : Carddass 6" released by Bandai in 1994.

CARD CONDITION: The card is in medium good condition. There are a lot of scratches and marks on the front from handling and wear. There are heavy dent marks on the top edge area and right area. A corner on at the top area has peeled away from the backing sheet. There is a lot of wear from handling. The card curves slightly.

Made in Japan.
