Here is card #6 from the Amada "PP Card Special Set" for Sailor Moon S which was made in 1994.

This card is rare. It is in good condition. The card has some marks on the top left area on the front. Also, there is a heavy crease mark on the bottom left corner on the back. There is handling wear and the card curves slightly.
