Here is the prism card #387 from "Sailor Moon S : Hero Collection 3" released by Amada in 1994.

CARD CONDITION: The card is in very good condition. There is some scratches and marks on the front and back. The back has many fine scratches from the card dispenser machine. The top edge has a dent mark. The edges and corners have some wear. There is some wear from handling.

Made in Japan.

Card Size: approximately 8.6 x 5.9 cm or 3.38 x 2.32 inches
