Here is the prism card #290 from "Sailor Moon S : Carddass 8" released by Bandai in 1995.

CARD CONDITION : The card is in very good condition. There are a few light surface scratches and marks on the front of the card. The top right corner of the sticker layer has separated from the main card. The card curves slightly.

Made in Japan.
