Here is the hard prism card #554 from "Sailor Moon Super S : PP12" released by Amada in 1995.

CARD CONDITION : The card is damaged and is in poor condition. The top layer at the top left hand corner on the front of the card is peeling off (not photographed). Also, there is a crease on the bottom right corner on the front. There is also an imprint left on the on the back of the card.

Made in Japan.
