Here is the prism card #3 from the "Sailor Stars" series released by Banpresto in 1996.

CARD CONDITION : The card is in near very good condition. There are scratches and marks on the front and back. There are more scratch marks on the lower left side on the front of the card. Also, the card curves slightly.

Made in Japan.
