Here is #4 from the Re-ment "Dreamy American Life" series from 2004.

SET CONDITION: The set is in used condition. Overall, it is in medium good condition. The is a lot of wear from handling. The black tray has some old glue on the edges. The tray, plates, dipping cups and smoothie drink have surface paint damage and wear. The knife piece is missing. All the paper pieces are creased from handling.

Fork Length: approximately 3 cm or 1.18 inches
