The notepad was part of a furoku pack for July 1980.

The illustrations are by Yasuko Kono.

Overall the item is in medium good condition. Due to age and handling, there is wear. The pages have aged slightly. The cover has yellow stain marks from aging. The corner of the front cover is damaged.
